I'm an emotional eater. Always have been. In 2008, I lost 46 lbs on a VLCD (medically supervised) while learning what to eat and how much to eat. After the program, I went back to my old habits. I'm tired of sabotaging myself. I believe that the Band will help give me the added restraint to stop emotional eating.
