Hey Luvs, Sorry I disappeared for a few weeks. I am in school, plus I am working full time, so I apologize . ..I am in BANDSTER HELL. I am getting my first fill in 11/3..thank goodness. My foods are not really portion at all..I just eat when I am fully hungry (stomach growling). In terms of what foods I eat, I am ashamed to say, Everything. But I have not gain anyweight!! School is taking all my freetime, and I feel a little stressed out. What kind of workout do you do?
