Sorry for my freak out, lol. Thank you for your positive words! Its true! I think that you and 2flyguys, and I am sure many others are very motivational! I want so badly to grab this opportunity by the horns and full speed ahead! And I am very fearful for the loose skin thing as well. So I want to do as much walking and lifting as possible to minimize the result at goal. And yes my favorite shake is so yummy! The snacks make it so much easier to stick to it too. Let me know what else to expect for recovery. I guess I will need family and friends around a lot more than I thought.
