I am ready to start living life and I don't think I can do that at the size I am now. I cant wait to get the surgery but I am a little afraid of failure but at this point I am willing to try anything and lap band seems the best way to go. About two years ago I had a date set to get the gastric bypass done but things happened and it never happened but now I think of that as a blessing and hope that the choice I am making now is the right one. I feel like once I get the surgery I will be free and able to live the life I want to.
