I have been heavy most of my childhood and all of my adult life I had tryed every diet nothing ever worked and if it did I always gained it back but now I have finally got it granted I had many issues with my lapband it is now working for me and I have learned it takes way more than just the lapband it takes determination and motavation, and a desire to change your life it is not the easy way out that some percieve it to be you have to exercise and eat the right things you just eat alot less of them and its working for me now. I am not done with this I will add some more when I have time .
