  1. I am getting soooo discouraged! I haven't lost 20lbs in the first year!! I don't feel to much restriction, but am definately eating less. I can not believe that I have not lost more! My eating habits have changed drastically. Comparing what I did eat before the band, to what I eat now I would think the weight would just fall off!!

    Regurgitation/Vomit/Slime

    Are you drinking to soon after eating?? I have gone thru this too...I say listen to your body...maybe try soft foods for a day or two. Unfortunately, this is part of it!!
  3. Thank you to everyone for your support! In reading the replies, as well as some info from this website, I am certainly encouraged! I do try to eat protein first, but I am realizing that some of the foods I eat may be slipping thru the band. ie: Cottage cheese, yogurt. I am trying to figure it all out. I rarely eat bread, that was my favorite food group before the band! The funny thing is I really don't miss it! I don't eat to many sweets...I will keep working on it! Thank you for your replies!
