  2. 2 years has passed since you registered at LapBandTalk! Happy 2nd Anniversary Martin2579!

  3. Hey everyone, I am writing for some tips/support/words of encouragement. I am 2 yrs about post op and had great success for first year dropped over a hundred pounds. Now I am married, and had a rough couple months and have almost put all weight back on following my wifes miscarrage, looking a severe knee surgery etc. Anyone have a diet or tips to help me get back on track. I am so upset with myself.
  4. Hello all, I am newly 30 this week but feel i can still get into the 20's crowd lol...Anyhow I was banded like 6-7 months ago my weight before surgery was 367 and I am now 299. Doing well for the most part. Some quirky things here or there in terms of pain, getting stuck, sometimes overeating but for the most part good. My problem now is that I have lost some weight and my port sticks out alot. Over the last couple days i noticed I can move my port up and down and never was able to before. Has anyone noticed this before? I am somewhat nervous and went to my doc who i am not too sure i trust. He said its fine but I am a worrier.
  5. Hello all, I am new to the boards and have been looking for a place to get some mutual support. I have a bit of an issue/concern. The other day following a meal I noticed some pain in my port area and at that point I rubbed my stomach touching the band/port. I noticed then that the port moves up and down. I have never noticed this movement before and consulted with my doctor who said that it may be from losing weight. I am down 69 pounds in 6-7 months. Has anyone else experianced this where you can move the port up and down. My Dr. said that its fine but I just worry alot. Thanks so much Martin
