    yes, i cant believe for this long i've been allergic to so many foods, i mean i knew milk and egg sensitivity. There is a long list of things with celiac, like no gum cause of dextrose.... Well I'll definiatly loose weight now. today B-Whey chocolate protien shake w/lite soy milk 190 cal total L-Half a salmon fellet w/dill cracked blackpepper and lemon, 2 brocoli fowerettes,1 coliflower flowerette,2 baby carrots 200 cals total D-Same as lunch Water-2 1/2 leters excercise-Bought dance dance revolution, tried it, was way too fast for me, cried then took it back

    Things are crazy right now, I just found out I have Celiac Disease. Which explains alot of my weight gain,large apitite,weakness and such. So now I have to change everything I eat. I cant have and wheat, or gluten products and such.... So all i'm allowed to eat is fish and veggies and I should start loosing weight now, having it under control they say helps alot. So we went and bought Salmon fellets and veggies yesterday, my meal plan has been set up for Breakfast-Whey proten shake w/soy milk lite. Lunch- half a salmon fellet and veggies and for dinner the other half of salmon and veggies. lots of B Vitamins and Water. It explains why I am anemic, I am also allergic to milk and eggs... well I guess getting to the root of the problem helps.

    I just wanted to drop in and say that my back is doing so much better so tonight when my husband gets home around 6pm I will do my half mile walk around the block and I want to make a vow here and now because I feel like i've not really tried as hard as I should or could, I want to vow to walk around the block ATLEAST 1 time every single day. What I am going to do is post every day my walking and such and if I forget one night or you see I am not posting excercise I give sarge full permission to spank me! hahaha About weigh in's, I can only weigh in this monday untill I buy my own scale because I am tired of going to my father in laws work to use there work industrial scale!

    Sorry, I have not posted lately. I have been trying to get things done with bill's and such. My husband signed up for direct deposit at our bank and lets just say it never happened and now they(his work) has to re issue a check that we will not get till next week! I am so frustrated. to catch up yesterday -veggie and fish soup -whey protein shake -mashed potatoes,corn bread, and chicken(a few bites, and it was the first chicken i had in along time) -whey protein shake *today* it is early but i had my whey protein shake w/milk (out of soymilk...eep)

    Well my walking excercise is out for awhile... I ended up sompressing my lower spine and pulled a muscle.... so it takes alot of effort to just go get drinks and potty.... I am not giving up tho, i will use hand weights.... so far I just got up and had a whey Protein shake w/lite soymilk 190cals total

    Reporting for today B-Whey Protein shake w/lite soy milk 190cal L-homeade fish and veggie Soup w/saltine crackers(i need to figure out calorie) S-3 Musketeers bar 45% lee fat 260cal late snack-6 Oreo Cookies w/ 5 swallows of milk *planned dinner*-Homeade fish and veggie soup. I can not wait to go shoping on thursday so i can clean out my foods with good stuff! **Going to start back walking a half mile around the block tonight** P.S CANDY AND COOKIES FROM DEPREESION EPISODE.

    Reporting for today thus far. 20 oz water B-three bites of broth,Chocolate protien shake w/lite soy milk L-chocolate protein shake w/lite soy milk *dinner plan*-Homemade fish and veggie soup which consists of potatos,carrots,onion,garlic,parsley,cod white fish.     I have decided to go on a master flush. starting tonight. A master flush consist's of 1).limon juice 2).cheyenne pepper 3).water and most add a teaspoon of whole dark maple syrup, but i dont. you mix it and drink it through the day to cleanse your body of toxins. aswell as this i will be doing breakfest/lunch/dinner on whey Protein Shakes with soymilk. I know calorie wise it will be a total of 570. I need to do this because for one i'm tired of PB every bite i take. I know the band is too tight and i called my doctor and he told me he ment for the band to be way tight so i would loose alot of weight on liquids first, so thats what i am doing for the duration of the boot camp. I am taking vitamins! I found a liquid total B Vitamin with all the B's and folic acid and stuff. plus on some days i will juice some veggies... i think i need to do this to get rid of the cravings i am having(sounds crazy) but i know it works because i have done it in the begining. it's not only about the dieting, but truthfully something has happened, when i was very young i had two little girls, these girls went to live with family and now i have been granted half custody by the relative and asked to move back to where they are on the east coast. this is my moment folks. this is what i've waited for and my depression is going half out the window from the happiness<3 so I'll be checking in here everyday with lots more babble! hahahahaha

    Everyone be CAREFUL! with WATER intake. weve had a young lady die out here from consuming too much water. she drank 2 gallons of water in 3 hours. Its called water "drunk" and too much water can kill you. Please be safe<3

    EAS 100% Whey Protein dietary suppliment powder. Mine is chocolate, its less in carbs and GREAT. omg I blend it in with soy milk and comes out like a milk shake! it comes in like big 2lb barrel.

    Yeah I bought protien whey powder it only has 120 cal per big scoop and 23grams protien with 1 gram of sugar. I got it at target, i mix it with 70cal lite soymilk. it is yummy. I am doing this twice a day then for dinner steamed white cod fish and a veggie. the fish is only 90 cal. so for a full day I am aiming for 600calories.

    I have done the same thing, i was self pay aswell and sometimes i feel like i needed to of gotten the bypass... I hate being in this body and most of the time im so hateful twords myself i will not go anywhere. I was known to not go out but once a month for a year..... The only thin i can say love is be strong. also what has helped ALOT is the spring bootcamp! it is so nice to be with others in my situation. best wishes<3

    I am so frustrated. I have only lost 21lbs since my surgery, gained back 8lbs until i got a fill and now it seems like im "stuck", not gaining but not loosing. I think even then I only lost those 21lbs because i was eating or rather drinking under 300cals a day. just jello,water,chicken broth,mushroom soup.... I know it sounds crazy but i'm thinking of going back to 300 cals a day for 3 months i know ill lose like 50lbs or so..... today i started with breakfest-protien shake 120cal soy milk 70 cal, Lunch same thing and for dinner probably a bite or two of white fish....

    I will be STREAKING today. I think we should atleast do this once a day if we dont get anything in. oh and I made me a protien shake, omg yummy. I am so not used to shakes but this is so good. I bought whey protien powder in chocolate. one large scoop does 8 oz and has like 110 cal, 1g sugar and like 26g protien. i put it in light soy milk. my tight band feels better. I need to get one cc out but i have to wait to get a passport to go to mexico with the new law.... so both me and my hubby will have to dish out 500 bucks....eep

    I think i am going to have a 1cc taken out of my band. everyday and every morning anything i eat hurts... even this morning i had oatmeal...only 3 bites.... then a bad PB. also i am trying to join a gym, better to get out the house. being inside so much is not good for me.
