Thanks! I told my husband to hide the scale. I try to exercise 5-6 days a week for 30-45 minutes each time. My first fill is scheduled for 10/17/09.

I was sooo eager for the weight to start coming off, I wanted it to happen fast. It didn't for me, it's been a lot of work but for a while, my "average" was about 2 lbs a week. Now, it's about 1lb....which I'll gladly take because it gives me time to tone up and build my muscles so I don't get all mushy! Hang in there!
