My original goal was 145 and now I'm at 143! I think I can squeeze out a few more pounds...only 3 more and then to focus on toning everything up. Hit a major goal over the weekend to be in single digits (size 9). This dress is a size Medium

The first pic is before the diet and the second is after. I've gained 2 pounds back, but I'm ok with that. A lot of hard work and self control for those 10 days. If anyone is interested, go to lemonadediets.org for any and all information.
