My original goal was 145 and now I'm at 143! I think I can squeeze out a few more pounds...only 3 more and then to focus on toning everything up. My original goal was 145 and now I'm at 143! I think I can squeeze out a few more pounds...only 3 more and then to focus on toning everything up. This is me, 5 months post surgery...still a work in progress.

lapband82709 got a reaction from Bandgirl64 for a gallery image, I did the Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet for 10 days and dropped 17 pounds
The first pic is before the diet and the second is after. I've gained 2 pounds back, but I'm ok with that. A lot of hard work and self control for those 10 days. If anyone is interested, go to lemonadediets.org for any and all information.
