Thanks! I used to do aerobics, but I hurt my knee so now I have to be really careful or it will just go out. So far I have been doing the hiking and I just started up areobics again. A little at a time, but I will get there. Hopefully my knee gets stronger as the weight starts to come off. Im thinking about joing LA Fitness. Thanks so much for the info. Is it okay to message you whenever I have a question?
