Like most  have been over weight for many years trying every diet known to man with no lasting results, made several attempts to get lapband surgery but would get discouraged and not follow though with the requirements to get approved via insurance.   It wasnt until I was at my lowest that I maded up my mind to go forward.  This has taught me patience because I couldnt just go in the Dr. office and get it right away I had steps I had to take to get to the point  that I am now , waiting to get my insurance approval.  I Did alot of research, read alot of material , and tasted alot of not so pleasing protein drinks for pre-post op .
