I am a 57 yr old grandmother from Australia. After 30 years of fad diets I made the decision to embark on my lap banding journey earlier this year. I was banded on August 13th 2009 and looking forward to achieving a significant weight loss prior to a planned trip to UK/Europe in May /June 2010.
