Hey there! Thanx for stopping by lol... I am still stuck on a plateau. I am almost fully filled, 10cc on a 11 cc band. I am supposed to go in for a barium swallow to make sure that all is well in there. I can eat more than I'm supposed to. Its still not as much as I used to but its more than I should be able to fit. So I know there is more that I have to do to be successful but right now its just a big mental blah blah. How are you doing? Have you found any local support yet? I still haven't made to my groups yet. I hope things will kick into grear this spring at least. It's too cold here to do a darn thing lol...
