    Hiccups..

I get the hiccups after every meal that I am able to eat. They are very hard and loud as well. I just hold my breath for 10 seconds and they go away.

Absolutely NO regrets. 100% love the way I feel now.
  3. Hey everyone, Does anyone else have issues with eating Breakfast?? I love breakfast but since my last fill (6cc's total), I have not been able to eat breakfast at all. First bite I take feels stuck and I have to quit eating. So I have to drink a Protein shake for breakfast instead. Let me know if anyone else has these issues!!

  6. Has anyone lost support from their "SUPPORT" person? If so, what are you doing to keep motivated? :blushing:
  7. I would definately call the drs. office and ask them what they think. It sounds like there might be slippage and that would be very dangerous. They should not charge you for a phone call.
  8. I am only 3 1/2 weeks post op and I have NO restriction at all. I am afraid I am eating to much. What is the "Normal" amount that you should be able to eat before your first fill. I just do not want any slippage or streching. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Peanut butter toast?

In the health/organic food section of our grocery store we have a product called PB2. It is a powdered Peanut Butter. You can make it as thick or as thin as you want. It taste the same as regular peanut butter and my dr. says to go for it. Might want to check and see if your store has anything like that.

  13. I am 2 weeks post op and I have yet to feel hungry. I eat a little here and there just because I have not ate much at all. They say I need 1000 calories a day and I barely got 400 yesterday. Is this normal for week 2? I am trying to get all the feelings so I know what to look forward too. :w00t:

    How to get it out

Try liquid benadryl (children's allergy). The drs here said that it would dry it up.

    soft cheeses on mushy stage?

I found a recipe for a cottage cheese flavored with jello. You take a large carton of cottage cheese and dump in a small package of sugar free jello any flavor and it was really good. You can add some crushed fruit as well. YUM!
