I actually have had issues with losing my hair a couple of times. When it happens it even starts to make my eyelashes fall out. What I have discovered is that it is based on my protein intake. I have GOT to get in at least 70g a day minimum. My skin even starts to lose its healthy glow and elasticity. Protein is a biggie for staying healthy and I make it my #1 priority along with water intake
