I haven't had the lap band surgery yet it is a long slow process with my insurance company. I have completed all the required steps that i needed to take by the insurance company in regards to the requirements before being eligible and accepted for the lap band operation. I am guessing that i will probably have the surgery sometime in November of this year 2009. I am nervous but this is something i have to do! If i don't do this and change my lifestyle i could get even worse health wise. I am ready for the future! With the support of my family and close friends i am one step closer to living a more productive healthy lifestyle. It's hard to break old habits that you're used to but if i want this to happen i have to make the effort to change!
