Hey Pam, Thank you for the picture comment. In that picture I was about 170. I am currently at 162. I work out about 5 days a week. I was banded on 9-18-08. I have always been a muscular athletic girl, and because of PCOS I gained weight. You can get back to where you want to be!!! Just keep going forward.
