  1. Hey fellow quilter, quilting kept me sane during the surgical pain. I was out of work for 4 weeks because of some lifting i do at work. I completed 2 quilt tops and designed 2 quilt top for my guild. Just finished the quilting on my long arm machine. You can see some of my work at Allatoona Quilters' Guild | . I'm web mistress of the guild web site and Block of the month chair. I have not thought about doing a block for every pound.

    I'm struggling daily with my weight. I have lost about 24 lbs. whick averages to 2 pounds a week since the surgery but my weight loss is slowing down. I push to exercise everyday. I walk 2 miles every morning except sundays. Keep in touch, Tina
