Hi everyone, I was bannded on 7/25/06. I feel really good, and I can't wait to get out there and start exercising!!! I was wondering if anyone has done Pilates post Lap band? If anyone has words of wisdom, please send them this way!!! My first fill will be on Friday, Does it feel much diffrent? Thanks Gia:)
