Hi there thanks for visiting my page. The sticks in the photo that you inquired about are ketone sticks. I use them to see if I'm in ketosis. It let me know if I'm burning fat. If so it let me know how much.

I am doing well thanks...had my post op appt yesterday and I am down 10 lbs in 9 days with the band...I am hungry but I think it is just mental hunger..Cooking for my family is torture..I hope I can work through that...I have a fill appt in 2 weeks(if they think I need it)..How are you?

Girl... you have no idea how much better I felt after getting your message this morning... cause I was seriously considering saying F-this-Sh*t!!! LOL I am scheduled for a fill on October 6th and I AM SOOOO READY!!! By the way, I think Jerrica is on-board for the steakhouse anti-band meeting should one be deemed necessary

That makes me feel so much better! I was like 5 lbs?! Are you effing kidding me?! I was PISSED haha. I mean I could have done that on my own by actually eating food! And if we've only lost 5-7lbs in a year, someone is going down! haha. Ohhh rolls and butter sound so good right now. Do you know when you get your first fill? I have to wait 4 weeks ughhh. I'm starving! Anyway, so glad to know we're both in the same boat with the weight loss. Misery loves company!
