Fellow Bandsters - I think I hit a plateau and I need encouragement. Losing was going good-my work schedule changed and so did my exercise schedule. I am not gaining but I am not losing either. I am trying to get back into the swing, but it is hard. Any encouraging words to get me back on the band road. I haven't gone back to the really bad eating habits, but I have picked up some habits of protein bars for a snack, nuts hear and there. HELP!!
