There are usually places that offer discount packages. I had my band in Plano Texas at www.tlcedge.com for 9990.00. It was all inclusive. I finance mine through www.carecredit.com at 186.00 a month. They also have a cosigner program if you have less than perfect credit or not enough credit. Tons of surgeons accept carecredit nationwide. Hope this helps

We were at a waterpark for a week for summer vacation in July (yea, that was fun):mad: Anyway, we were coming out of the changing rooms at the entrance, and my little girl came up to me and said "mommy those boys called you fat).. It was packed and I was mortified! I vowed when I got home, I was going to do something...and I did. I had the lap band done on August 28. Hopefully next summer I can actually enjoy myself instead of being embarrased.:sad:

Well after years of fighting with my weight and insurance companies....I have decided to self pay for the lapband. It is a big investment of 10,000...and I am very scared I might be spending this money for nothing. I have an appointment for my labwrk monday aug 24.
