I know it's unusual for someone to want surgery with just 35-50 lbs to lose, but I'm desperate and tired. I've been battling my weight for 10 years now. I can't live like this anymore. I've weighed as much as 220. It's just a neverending struggle and I need help. I'm sick of diets.
