what hospital was your surgery in and who was your Dr.s name? i was banded at mercy hospital in july 10th and has lost 50 pounds thus far.

First stop taking the gas x that is for if your farting to much.walk, walk, walk. as for the pain put some frozen vegetables or an ice pack on it for about 20 min. for about a week and it should go away. as for the zapped strength take one a day for women,they have an 02 powder that goes into your Water bottle, i know it's nasty but easier to go down. also take caltrate for Calcium and carnation instant breakfast Protein shake, the one in blue wrapping, it only has 150 calories. I know you seem dehydrated so drink plenty of water, we are supposed to have 64 oz. anyway which is 4 bottles of water.

What month is the better question? like what november? give some people a chance to reach onederland and get their onederland tattoos? For those who don't know onederland is when you reach 199 or less.

what is metformin?

for me i try not to eat more calories than I have burned at the gym. also sometimes when you get your protein shakes you need to look carefully at the calories some maybe really high, yes i know so are the proteins, but you lose weight more with less calories.

I didn't like it either but it was easier to go down my throat.

I was banded july 10th and have lost 38 pound to date. I can't wait to get my first fill on aug.24th. I do get hungry but i try not eat more than I burn at the gym. I try to do elliptical and treadmill and sometimes the ab burner.
