I was banded july 21st, my one week follow up was july 28th, im down 13 pounds, but like some of you I to find my self hungry and my stomach growling, so ima tgry to increase my protien intake and see if that helps any...I am eating cream soups and sugar free puddings along with my crystal light water...I do like the unsweet tea with lemon and splenda from mcdonalds on occasions.... I will try the vitamin water zero..thanks for everyones advice and don't give up..=)
