GOt it...Gas-X Strips & 1 Cup Ziplock bowls. I'll always be sure to eat Protien first, because I know that you risk muscle depletion if you don't get enough protien.
Where can I get the papaya enzyme...and how exactly does it help you? What does it feel like when you get "stuck"?
Are there certain foods you've found that you simply cannot eat anymore? I've heard that bread is a big one...have you found that to be true?
