Finally acknowledged to myself that I could not be successful with just diet and exercise. Had annual physical in July and saw surgeon the next week.Doing the 3 month Aetna required multidisciplinary prep. Hope for Oct or Nov surgery date. Getting up there in age and don't want this wait to slow me down for enjoying my time here.Gracie Mae
