yep...the day is almost here, i leave for Belgium on the 8th and am having the surgery the 9th! i have done really well following the diet..(not that it was easy, ha!)..i started out at 19.5 stone and as of this AM i'm 18.4. Not too shabby considering that i've failed every other diet under the sun. How are you doing? When's the big day for you?
