hello there! you look so awesome! i got band on 05/08 lost 70ish or so pounds working 12 hr shifts 3-4days aweek can realy hurt a person who trys to work out any thing i can do? cal count? my doc says eat til full... oooh hellno she just aint knowing..lol so any thing i can do at least 3xs a week? foods exersice?
