Hey, I haven't been banded that long. But what I would suggest with chocolate is this... I am a totally emotional eater, and yes chocolate is my weakness.
I LOVE a yogurt called BROWN COW its chocolate flavor. about 200 cal, but so worth it. It gets rid of that craving.
What my aunt does for chocolate cravings, and this will make you have something to look forward to. She gets Hersheys, the regular that you can break the squares. She puts it in her freezer. And so you can have a couple. Because it takes a bit longer to chew, and then you will be satisfied.
I know there are Protein shakes that are chocolate that may help, but honestly I like to have something to look forward to, my one little snack or something. The yogurt has really helped me and is healthy. They are hard to find, you can find them in whole foods I think, or a health food store. Anyways good luck!
