Hey Skip how is it going? Guess what went for my week follow up appointment and Dr. said I can start mushies. I got so excited after he told me that I forgot to ask him the 10questions I previously prepared for him lol. Still down only 14lbs but hey I can taste real food so Im still excited . Hope you are doing well. How much have you lost so far have you gone back to see your Dr since the band?
