Hello I am a fifty also. I am having a terrible time with my pre-op diet. I have not cheated but HATE the protein shakes. I am having big problem with constipation even though the nurse warned me about diarrhea . My surgery date is approaching fast and I am so ready!! Any advice ?

Please help me . My date left the September list. Could you help me get it back up. I do not know how to cut and paste. Sorry to be a pain :thumbup: My date is the 28th. OK here is the pathetic plea. Could someone help me with getting my band date posted on our list ? I am not too great with this computer but hopefully I will get better with practice. My "Official" insurance approval letter came in the mail Saturday. I am ready to get this thing going. My surgery date is September 28th as long as everything is ok with my pre-op testing. My husband and I are going on vacation a week before I start my 2 week liquid journey. I am hoping I can find something that will not make me gag. :mad: Wish me luck September bandsters.:thumbup:
