Hi, You will be as successful. I am curious how much protein your nutritionist wants you to eat? I always eat my protein first no matter what kind of protein it is. I do not eat white soft bread or rolls. I have found I do not do well with grilled red meats or grilled pork, even if I chew, chew, chew, to beat the band. Those food just do not sit well with me. The key is eat slower than you think you need too and drink just as slow. When your body heals you will be able to go a little faster as your body adjusts. I had lunch at a friends house yesterday.
