So, I'm finally making it known that to myself and the world that I am on my Journey. I haven't always been overweight...making some not so great choices and sitting a desk jobs...and Well, here I am. I have been to a seminar and that got me SO excited. I have an insurance issue that I am working on right now...and will know for sure in a few months. So I sit here waiting patiently, taking in all of the posts and threads. I research and learn something new about the Lap Band each and every day. I'm looking forward to meeting people that are in the same phase I am in and beyond. Any advice, suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated. :)
