OMGEEES I know what you mean i am a slow loser too, and yes very frustrating... total weight loss since i started this journey i am only down 30 pounds. ..... i am back on the site because it gives me more motivation.... to be honest with you i have no restriction at all and i am kind of embarrassed to go and get a fill because i have not lost any weight since Aug. i keep telling myself that i have to do this on my own before i go get another fill.
