Erin, I've seen that pic on FB, but hadn't seen the before. So amazing!!! I've still got about 20 lbs I want to lose. I'm also pursing the plastic surgery and hearing I'll lose about 15lbs from the skin removal around my torso. That's nice!

Thanks Deanna for this information! I am hoping to get a "mommy makeover" in the fall which includes a tummy tuck and breast lift. Is that down time completely out of work? That would be huge for me. You have done such a wonderful job with your weight loss, are you going to proceed with the surgery? Kim

How is everyone doing???? It's been too quiet out there. Hope all of you are doing great! Busy time with me right now being a taxi driver for my kids. And work of course keeps me busy. My weight loss is going good and down 116 since surgery. About 30ish more to go. Biggest complaint is the extra skin. Not a pretty sight naked. I'm hoping to get some plastic surgery in the fall, but not sure to what extent. Minimum would be breast lift/reduction and tummy tuck. Other areas I'd considered once I learned more would be upper thighs and arms. Anyone else considering plastic surgery? Come back and chat and tell how you are doing! Kim

Deanna you look amazing!!! Such a difference. Great job. I had my one year f/u and I was down 104lbs. My blood work was all good too, so that was good to hear. I still have about 40lbs to go, not sure on the actual # until I get there. I haven't been that low since I was a teenager. Matos, protein is the KEY! That is all I focused on for the first 6 months, and still is my priority. Keep trying different ones until you find one you like. The scale can be a wicked ride the first year! So just be aware of that and we've all been there.

My hair started falling out dramatically around 4 months and continued for another 3 months. I'm now using women's rogaine and seeing a lot of regrowth. It's sticks up, but I'm ok as it's coming back! I've gone through this before and it does come back, so just hang in there.

Jenette glad you are doing well. Next time you are in San Diego, let me know so we can meet!

Erin. you look amazing! Sorry we weren't able to meet up in Orlando. Claire, have a lovely time in Maui. So jealous of all your travels!

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday! Wishing you a very Happy New Year as well. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you all in 2015. I had a bit of a success today and hit onederland! Weight is slowly creeping down, but I'll take it! XO Kim

Erin, you look great! Can't believe how close you are to goal, so awesome! I am hoping to do plastic surgery next fall to get rid of the extra skin, at least on my tummy. As you know I'm coming to Orlando. Let me know if you'd like to meet up! Deanna and Tammy, glad your holiday meals went well and you did great! I was pretty successful myself and able to hide the amount of food I was not eating in front of 14 adults that have no idea I've had surgery. Well at least I hope so. :-) Tammy I'm still super close to onederland as well, but just can't get there. For me it's probably too much wine!

ok I found a picture of me before which was last September (with my brother at his wedding) and I was probably 20lbs below my surgery weight. Then a pic from this morning in my size 14 jean capris!

Sassy, that is so great! Amazing you are 8 pounds from goal, you can do it!!!
-
Tammy you look amazing! I'm close to onderland as well and can't just get there! I was up 3 pounds this week and have no idea why!

I find I'm also more hungry and can eat quite a bit more now at one seating. Don't like it!

Wow, the before and after pics are amazing, you girls rock! I shy'd away from pics when I was heavy, so I'll have to see if I can find something to share with you all. I'm so proud of all of us. We seem to be pretty in line and doing amazing. Please keep the motivation and spirits up! So much to be thankful and proud of. Love the comment that you are too thin to pass through! Gotta love it! We rock!

Wow, Erin there is so much you can't have, that is not lovely. Can you do ground turkey our ground chicken? I can do pretty much anything except high fat foods (like cream sauces) and anything sweet. Pretty much any protein works for me if I chew it enough and I find it much easier to eat steak if it's close to rare (good quality). I haven't tried much breads, as it's just an area I stay away from. I can eat chicken no problem.

Janette so glad you had a great trip and experienced so many NSV's! Great job on your follow up Claire, so glad your doc is pleased with your progress. I hope the suggested things help with your diarrhea. That must be tough to be so unpredictable and having to be near a toilet all the time. Do you think insurance will help with the skin removal? I definitely want a tummy tuck, but not sure it will be covered. I'm also going to pursue a breast reduction and lift.

Such a great picture of Jeanette and Claire, I love that you got to meet IRL.

ryn2bthin, that is an absolute amazing transformation!!!

Deanna, I think I am going to do a 5 day pouch test too soon. Did it really help? Tammy, so glad you are back on track and feeling better! I think, think, my hair loss is slowly down...thank goodness!!!! My weight loss is way slowed down too. But I know a lot of it is my behavior. Exercise needs to become a priority for me and I'm just not there yet with the motivation. It will come right????
-
I'm not tracking either and when I do, I have way more success.
-
Erin you truly look amazing!!! What is the 5 day pouch test?

Claire sorry you are having problems with the food. I hope you are enjoying your trip otherwise! Sully, thanks for the refresher on the success tips. I really needed to read that this morning. Great job on your awesome progress!!!
