I lost 26 lbs on the 2 week liq diet and afterwards I slowed down I only lost like 6 lbs the first month after and now that I am getting fills I have started losing again. I guess like any diet when you lose a certain amount of weight you stop losing so that you can lose inches so I would not worry. I got a little discouraged too but then when I started losing again I lost 10 lbs in a week so hang in there

I look at my lap banding as the first day of the rest of my life and I am doing this for me not anyone else. I tell everyone about it and dont worry about what people say because I have never felt better and love losing the weight. Dont be afraid to share with people

I only had to wait a week and I called my ins and they told me that they had approved me but then I had to wait another week for the letter to get to my doctors office
