I have struggled for years with my weight.  I have lost a lot of weight several times, only to regain the weight.  So far I have had all the testing and is waiting for the Dr. to submit everything for approval.  Right now I'm tossing and turning between getting the surgery and not getting it.  I have several friends that have done well, so I've been talking somewhat to them.  I also have another friend that had the surgery awhile ago, and it slipped.  She got the band fixed and she doesn't appear to be losing any weight, so that scares me.  So for now I've turned to this forum to see what everyone else thinks.
