Hi April! Glad to hear the liquids weren't too horrible :puke: I did HMR twice in the past, so I know I can stick to the liquids -- I just wanted to know how long (i'm so impatient!). Thanks Coach! I have had to postpone sugery for a bit. My PCP wants me to see him for 4 more months before he will sign the insurance form from Dr. Deol. I'm going to try to lose 20lbs in the meantime, then have surgery in January after the holidays. Gives me something to look forward to! Maria

Cathy: Ok, I give up -- where were you sitting? Were you at the table in front of me? I had so many wierd surgical questions to ask, but I realized that some were just for my own medical-mind curiosity and not so much for my surgery fears. I figured I wouldn't bore everyone I am getting so excited to get started. And I'm relieved because my husband is now totally on board. He was a little wierd about it at first. Hi all! Just went to an informational seminar with Dr. Deol at Troy Beaumont. If there were any doubts left in my mind, they are totally gone! I am definitely ready to do this. On to the insurance battle... wish me luck!
