How much weight did you loose in 6 months? I'm trying to figure out if I'm on track or if I need to ramp up my efforts.

How's the October Bansters doing?
kechianyree replied to heyred1's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hey Red I'm so very sorry about your daughter I hope she gets well soon. I'm glad I came out tonight and read these posts I was feeling very much the same way like I'm teetering on the edge of failure I had surgery October 16, 09 and lost 35 lbs and seem to be stuck right there over the last few weeks I only weigh in once a week or so but haven't seen much change lately. It helps to know I'm not alone and that this seems to be a rest stop on this journey we've embarked on. I'll be checking back more regularly and see how everyone is doing and I hope we all get over this hump. *smooches* addition a new day 02/04/10 - Just to let you guys know I'm wearing size 18 jeans today I feel better thanks again -
I've lost 35 lbs and haven't changed clothing sizes yet.... I know my shirts are getting bigger but my pants I can slide them off but I can still where them..... I want smaller clothes.

:sad:Sooooo... I'm all for getting smaller but my boobs are shrinking and there is no advice or anything that will fix this. I would cry but that seems shallow... so I'll just .... SIGH loudly

I cheated and I'm scared now. :/
kechianyree replied to Razorgirl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I think the point Elfiepoo and I were making is this band is not mind control it's portion control... I'm pretty sure one string bean isn't a band buster, yes becareful my all means but don't worry yourself sick. She is only human and so are you. -

kechianyree replied to Razorgirl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Don't let anyone scare you into believing that you've done something awful.... if you chewed slowly u should be fine. As far as your will power food has a power of it's own surgery doesn't remove it's power over you, it's there to help you learn to control it. It's not instant, and it's not fullproof. Be easy on yourself, and keep trying -
