It's wonderful on the other side. Can't wait for you to join me. I was overweight my whole life. This time as I go down the scale it's a private joy to know I won't see that number again.

I was banded May 21st and so far have lost 56lbs. I have 5.5cc's in my band currently. Had to get unfilled this week because I was too tight/stuck but it was not a set back. It was just tweaking things to get to my sweet spot.

My advise. Do it by the book, eat right as the doc says, exercise and have fun.
