our # match so I thought I would say good luck my surgery was one month and one day b4 yours .. good luck. -
I had it done @ Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, I had to go to the support group meetings I had to do a food diary (first) and some other things. I can't really call to mind at the moment. are you local? oh I used the weight loss clinic. I feel great and I've lost enough that I can tell, it's an exciting process and the ramp up or before is just as exciting as the after. I won't lie it was a little painful when I woke up from surgery but as the hours went by it hurt less and less.

I'm doing pretty good I was just thinking of going to weigh myself and see what further progress I have... I get my first fill on the 9th so I'm a lil pyshced for that

Not scared .... COLD -
I need to know what kind of protein shakes to look for. I heard the pure shakes are ok any other suggestions? and where to get them and no I don't have a trader joes in my area although I could in my travels.

Stitches or Glued???

I have 5 incesions and ther were stiched internally and glued on the outside I actualy perferred that -
I won't get my first fill until December and I'm worried that thanksgiving will ruin the progress I've already made.

I have the lapband and it was implanted empty and my surgeon says I won't get a fill for 4 weeks til Dec to make sure I heal before we do anything else -

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one my cheats have been mostly small I was just chewing on saltines until saturday when I stole a small piece of baked chicken from the table I chewed it for what seemed like a half an hour but for the most part I'm doing ok the pickle juice hasn't called me yet but I've greatly avoided them. tonight will be a challenge I'm going to visit my in laws and my mil is a feeder. -
Hey N I'm good getting over my food mourning. All went well, how about you. waking up was the worst part but it wasn't long and I'm doing ok.
