Well, that's great you have continued to lose weight. I find that people who lose too quickly gain back after 5 years. I figure it will take me 1.5 years to get my target weight of 135. I need to exercise, but do not have the motivation. I am seeing a bariatric therapist who is helping me solve my food addicition. I love chocolate too and recently had half a giant chocolate chip cookie. It felt good to eat, but I felt guilty afterwards. Its just not worth it.
