I just had my psychological, nutrition, and exercise consult. Exercise was about an hour, nutrition was about an hour, and psych was about an hour and a half. I had seen a nutritionalist before and knew most of what he had to say as with the exercise physiologist. The psych eval included a 13 page questionairre about eating habits, weightloss attempts, support system, etc. They were all helpful and pleasant. Only the psychologist was covered by insurance though....lots of out of pocket expense but I am in this for the long haul. All of my reports are in and I should have approval shortly and surgery this month! Yippee.
