hey all is well, i am feeling a lot better thank you. my stomach is still bloated, but gas pains are better. Shoulder is another story. I am getting super hungry, my doc told me that I cannot eat blended soups or anything, but I had to... way too hungry. How long before you could eat soft foods? what about blended soups and stuff?

How are you feeling now a days? are doing well? what about scale, is it moving? well gotta run get the kids, you take care and keep in touch.
