Good luck!!! I been doing great except the first two days were really tough where I did cheat but I made healthy choices. Really it is not that bad if you take a step back and really listen to your body and know that it is nothing but head hunger. I actually like testing myself cause I feel I have control I know it sounds weird, but what I do is cook my family a yummy meal that normally I would just throw my hands up in the air and give in. So what type of diet do you have to do, because I noticed every doctor is different?
