    OMG!! I have to tell you, I purchased little packets of Nectar protein shake from my doctors office to test out different flavors, I just had the vanilla....AMAZING... it's sooo good!!! you can get this brand online too Syntrax Nectar, and they have tons of flavors. I made mine with skim milk AWESOME!! well this will work good for the post op...:) gotta get back to work now.. take care, the count down is ON!
