Well, So I started doing the liquid on my own, and come to find out my doctor just wants me on a high protein low carb diet for the next two weeks ... THANK GOD!! he said the liquid phase would come 3 weeks post op... so not that I have starved all day.... i get to have some din din...

I have been looking for the Carnation Breakfast at my grocery store, they dont seem to carry it, so I have to try other places, I keep reading about it, and I have tried it in the past, I think it iwll work out ok.
